A: SQLMessenger version 2.4 provides the function of "Converting Excel tables or PDF documents into images for display in email bodies".
Tips:
(1) To convert Excel to an image, you need to install Microsoft Excel on your computer.
(2) The system only converts the content in the first sheet when converting an Excel file to an image.
(3) When converting a PDF to an image, if the PDF is encrypted (requiring a password to open), the system conversion will fail.
2. Configuration Steps
First, add an Excel attachment template or a fixed file attachment template (PDF) to the task. For specific methods, please refer to: SQLMessenger User Manual - Attachment Template Management.
Then set the email body according to the following steps:
Step 1: Right-click at the position where you want to display the image in the body designer, and then click "Insert Image".

Step 2: Click the "Select Image" button.

Step 3: Check "Convert attached file to an image", and then select the attachment template to be added to the body.

Step 4: After clicking "OK" to return, you can set the image size in the "Insert Image" dialog box.

After completing the above configuration, the system will display an image icon in the body. Double-click this icon to modify the image source and style.
